Help the underprivileged; they need support
If a helping hand of ours can lead a poor child to brighter future, then why not stretch it out. Being a developing country, India still fights many social ills, child labor, child beggary, child health problems and illiteracy being the major ones. The social evils associated with the children are not only hollowing the roots of the country but are also eating up the brightness of tomorrow. These children are the future, and their education means a lot for the development of India so why not strengthen them with our efforts and help. Why not help underprivileged children by offering them donations through the charitable organizations?
A number of organizations work for the betterment of the poor and the needy children and invite funds and donations. The internet too supports their movement against child sufferings and helps these charities to promote donations online. The donors can forward their contributions through cheque or demand draft online. These non-profit organizations help children in India to escape the miseries of their lives. They raise funds and utilize the amount of charity for the welfare of underprivileged children.
Another alarming issue is the status of girl child. A Girl child is more prone to be a victim of human trafficking. Various non-profit organizations are doing great job in this context. A number of awareness campaigns are being organized in order to eradicate their ignorance about social ills. Different training and vocational courses are offered to help girl child ensure a better living standard.

I'm glad to see people who are developing a consensus on the problems faced by the underprivileged class in India. I'd be honoured if you can tell me about some active NGOs or GOs in Delhi where I can register myself and teach/interact with the needy. Email me urvashiarya[at]gmail[dot]com
